    This is a vintage Kenner's "Girder & Panel Build-A-Home & Subdivision Set" No. 16 from 1962. It is being sold by its original owner. As noted, this is an incomplete set. Though it is believed to have most of its pieces, it is missing 5 of the 6 masonite foundation boards and all of the trees. This could be a purchase to supplement another set. The box is approximately 22 inches long, by 13-1/2 inches wide, by 3 inches high.
